Tania and Sarah Came up with the Triple F Athletics brand after going through the experience of changing lifestyle and improving health themselves. After seeing first hand just how hard it is to make healthier choices, they could see the need for a community of support for those struggling to change their lifestyle and improve their health and those who need accountability. Triple F Athletics is more than just a clothing retailer, although sales are a big part of what they do, this is only one piece of what makes their company awesome. Tania and Sarah strive to encourage you to put aside the fad diets and thoughts of having to be in the gym 5 or 6 days a week for that ‘get skinny quick’ idea to developing healthy focused habits through food and exercises that work for you and ones that will have a lasting impact. They believe that health does not depend on your size and that it doesn’t matter what your current level of activity is, you can make positive changes.
