        Wood For Life is dedicated to saving reusable materials which will be harvested for recycling and reuse producing original beautiful home decor and functional Art We work hard to keep materials from ending up in local landfill sites, preserving the rich Heritage that has been given a unique character and patina through years of being exposed to sun, wind, and harsh weather conditions.This wood was hundreds of years old when it was cut to fit over 100 years ago. We bring it back to life, for hundreds more. And make it available for homes in the community. WE BELIEVE... these rich pieces of our heritage should be preserved into new pieces of functional home decor, rather than destroyed and sent to landfill or left to rot. Our materials are removed, de-nailed, stacked, transported, re-stacked, pressure washed, then to new life. We are part of the solution to reduce the impact on our Forest. And promote awareness to the problem of waste in our world today.We are promoting green solutions, and alternatives to new products. ITS UNBELIEVABLE... how much waste is unnecessary, but still continues to happen. We are consumed to be a part of the solution to make sure we can reduce this problem and preserve the Heritage materials by creating new life. And making it available to the public for reuse, and finance future rescue operations. MAKE A DIFFERENCE... It Seems every corner we turn there is another 5, 10, 20, Meter container being filled with huge amounts of reusable material.Its not only the old that is going to waste.
